Explanation of the trade: was selling me 217m 07 for $544
How they scammed: I sent him the $544 and then because i didnt send as a gift (sent as service) he refused to give me gold.

I have done in game in which he replied "i cant" ive messaged him on here too so that i dont risk getting banned in game for rwt lol.

 

so basically i think hes withdrawn it so cant refund it.

EDIT: can you also run an ip check against him- i have a strong feeling he is a ban evader.

 

You can go ahead and charge back the user. I'll look into his IP history.

Edit - it looks like he likely is an evader. Did he have a Skype name?

 

I have done. Also I messaged him to refund and got no response.
