    Claim and cancel problems
    Ok so I recently tried to buy 2 pins and i pay for them and there is 8$ missing from my account now. (the price of the pins) Than I claim and cancel I do what tha TuT tells me Put it as other and put in i don't recall this transaction. Than I submitted it. Now i canceled it and when i go back to the resolution center it says this

    3/2/2009 PP-645-709-516 Unauthorized

    Unauthorized Claim
    zack mallia -$8.00 USD 3/2/2009 Awaiting other party's response View

    Then he says he hasn't recieved any money so I try to cancel again and it "That action is not valid. Please try again." please help i want my pins....

    Ditto to the above post, or google 'Cancel and Claim PayPal' on google, you will find 2-3 very helpful sites on the first results page.
