How many range lvls will chinning get me from 80 with only 4-5m?

Well at the monkey madness place on the undead skeleton monkeys.

 

dont waste only 4-5m, u wont get many levels, as ppots are being merched now... wait for them to crash, then do it

 

Its not worth it, just buy a bunch of steel arrows and get'a workin'

 

As well as you won't be hitting often at all with 80 range, even with full void, range potted and praying, also:

Good choice, but i think those thing in chaos tunnels are better... cant remember wat they are called, check google

 

As Jethr0x said, wait for prayer pots to crash and IMO for chinchompas to go down a bit (summer crash).

I'd recommend doing it at monkey madness skeletons (best xps) but if you want some profit you could do it in chaos tunnel and that'll make you lose less since you can get rune scims and valuable items.

Best gear would be full void, arch ring, backpack/god cape (pray bonus ones), book, snakeskin boots/rangers, fury/amulet of ranging. And if you got a summon I'd suggest having a turtle (storing extra ppots)/bunyip (healing each 15 secs) or hydra.

~ When I was around 90 ranged on my account I could do around 220k-250k xps per hour with 1,5k grey chinchompas, and I had no void.
