Cheat Scanning

Is there any 'Special' moderators going around and scanning all the runescape cheats in the forums? If there aren't, or the current moderators are too busy to have time/care, then why don't you make another team? I'd use my own spyware/adware/virus scanners, and ones on the net, and post results on threads in there.
