Cheap Domains, And Hosting?

Im Looking to start my own website,
Dont Really Want to spend alot on the domain and hosting.
so do any of you lot know where the cheapest ones are?
list them here please!

I'm using www.hosting24.com

Most shit is unlimited, with a free domain for $8 a month, which is their 'gold' plan.

It's pretty decent, and the support is really good.
I wouldn't use them for high traffic sites, mind. If you did, complain alot.
