Charm Monsters?

What are some monsters that are GREAT for gathering summoning charms?

Please list monsters/where to fight them/method etc.

I only need a couple hundred to go from 48 summoning to 52.

 

Well. I always kill a lot of hellhounds for clue scrolls (The one in the dungeon thing in witchhaven next to ardougne) and i always get millions of gold charms there. D:

 

rockcrabs,rock lobsters [cost alot],multi- att areas and cockroachs.... thats what i can think off on the spot....

 

Fire Giants - Good Gold Drop Rate - Waterfall Quest Dungeon Spot

No, really;

Golds any giants - Hill giants/moss giants easiest to kill, hill giants in tavelry dungeon are always empty and you can camp there for ages.

Green - blood velds, iron drags.

Crimson - Dust devils, Nechryls, Abbysal demons, Kbd, Greater demons, Black demons.

Blue - Tormented Demons, Tormented Wraithe, Kalphite soldiers, Corp Beast.

 

Waterfiends is your best bet, they drop many crimsons.
If your low level i recommend greater demons, clues and charms

 

^ same as what he put except for crimsons and waterfiends are amazing if I remember correctly.

 

Fire giants; golds: chaos tunnels (best spot)
Waterfiends/Black demons/Abby demons; crims:in the whirpool, chaos tunnels, slayer tower.
Spec/Gargs; blues: slayer tower/chaos tunnels/desert dungeon.

 

Basilisks are also good for charms

 

.... Just a note, please don't go hunting for gold charms.
Zak_rs2 posted a good one, the best idea would be to do slayer. You get plenty of gold charms on the way and they are absolutely painful and rubbish exp to use up.

 

Only thing bad about slayer is that most of the time you rarely get blue charms you only get low level ones.

 

For crimsons, Waterfiends are the best. Try googling a guide, I'm sure you'll stumble across a good one. Fire giants are also under-rated for charms too.

 

wow thanks for all the help so far! I might try greater demons as they are good xp and in large amouts, also going to start up slayer again!

 

Go for waterfiends if you can afford the equpiment!

i went from 1 to 69 summoning there in about a week the number of charms they drop is pure and total shananagans

 

1-69? dont you only get xp for tasks?

 

Waterfiends, rock lobsters, Corp (if you're high enough level).

For lower levels, hill/moss/fire giants are a good bet.

 

best are cave horrors, obby demons. u can get black mask, whip . gl

Not always true, i would never kill kalphites w/o them being tasks and they drop a fair amount of blues, gargoyles drop a decent amount of blues to, usualy average 10 ish a trip, Abby spectres can drop quite a few to, theres no monsters that drop blue charms common enough to bother to camp them, Slayers good if you have the patience, also uusaly pays for the summoning in the long run.
