I have banned the user for the mean-time. please post the proof required so he can be permanently banned.

 

I went through it all, and I don't understand what it is missing

 

Rightclick the user and show his Skype name.
Then prove that skype username belongs to this user.

After you have done this I can permanently ban this user.

As there have been two reports on this user claiming he might be hacked, the original owner will have to refund you completely before his account gets unbanned again.

I just did an account recovery for that fucking cunt too......

 

Considering he only posted through proxies lately I think it's safe to say he either got hacked (again?) or faked a hacking.

The hacking was faked at best.
