Chargeback Help.[HELP]

Hello, I bought an account at the start of the month for about $30 after a week he recovered and I chargedback as I didn't buy his account for a week.. this said I had to verify my paypal to get the $30 back and my account unlocked.. So I bought an account YESTERDAY for about $45 and it has been recovered again yes my mistake.. So what im really wondering is I cant prove I bought a rs account of him cause im sure its illegal? if I chargeback/claim it wasn't me that bought it for the SECONDTime, can anything happen? e.g police? as RWT is illegal? how many times can you chargeback/claim it wasn't you before paypal get suspicious? thanks.

 

PayPal disapprove of virtual transactions. Stating it was one will not help your case. Simply dispute the payments claiming goods were never received. Considering there is no tracking number present, the account seller can't do much to stop/win the dispute.

For future reference, buy accounts of people you can fully trust.

 

Is it possible for me to get in trouble for chargebacking claiming I was not the person who sent the money?

 

Lying wont help your case and could turn out badly.

Claim that you didn't receive your parcel and the buyer will need a tracking number as Sellerman said, because he wont have one you should win the claim.

 

Well what you would want to do is just claim you didn't receive anything. Also what you want to do with virtual transactions is make an Invoice and put whats being traded and your T.O.S in the invoice explaining exactly whats being traded and ect. and state that by sending the money the buyer accepts the T.O.S that should protect you from chargebacks.

 

I got charged back on a RSGP sale, what is best to say in this situation?
