charge back failed?

hey i have no idea where to post this question
i got scammed $110 for a santa hat, but it was with my CC funded paypal account, so since the guy scammed me i chargebacked with my credit card company and put unauthorized transaction, but they sent me a letter saying i lost the case! and it said i have to pay the $110!
i thought if u put unauthorized transaction theyre supposed to let you get ur money back

 

Go to your bank and report it to them, they should take the money back onto your CC.

 

That sucks, just re-contact them.

i called them and theyre gonna do it as unrecieved item instead of unauthorized transaction

im just scared cuz i thought if i get scammed i can easily just unauthorized transaction and chargeback since it was with a CC funded paypal not my bank one

I have had isssues with PayPal in the past. I used to work online and did money exchanges between e-currencies (like PayPal to E-Gold and etc) and the big thing all exchangers feared was chargebacks, because it is against PayPal and MoneyBookers rules to do money exchanges, so they can rip you easily. Also, I paid someone to make a web site, I supplied domain and etc, and he ripped me off, but I couldnt receive a refund because it was a virtual product. This may be your issue as well.
