Chaotics

With dungeoneering winning the recent poll, do you think chaotics will enter in 07?

If they do enter, how will it affect the game / when will they be released?

 

They probably wont be called "chaotics" but probably another name if they were to add items.. but i bet if they do they will be OP and possibly help out PKing with verity

 

im really hoping this increases the player base of OSRS, but an update like dungeoneering is big but i dont think itll be big enough to make a noticeable impact. happy about the update though

Honestly, I hope chaotics are not re-released. I'm sorry to say, however I believed this was a major impact of overpowered weapons in RS. I would not mind if chaotics were only for PVM. If you were prevented from attacking other players with these, I would be all for it. However, I did highly enjoy dungeoneering. The concept was great. If they re-add it, hopefully they make it a skill and off of the same sort of engine it was on previously.

 

I don't think Dungeoneering would ever pass an actual 75 percent poll but some of the Raids rewards sound like a potential substitute for chaotics.

 

Chaotics were a good feature for PVM but for the aspect of pvp they should only make it effective against monsters

 

This is my reasoning. With PVP, it will highly reduce the amount of risk because who wants to risk an abyssal whip/tentacle when you can always get your chaotics back?

 

I think it would be pretty cool but things like zulrah items will drop bc no one wants a blowpipe or staff bc chaotic weapons will be the best. Since i'm a big zulrah pvmer this will affect me a lot

 

I liked them at pre-eoc, but they're kinda OP on pvp. Still hoping for revenants on forinthry dungeon though.
