And also add that for unbanned accounts a screenshot must be taken of the IM's matching so they cant edit it to something else

I don't think that that is necessary. The (other websites) section would be rarely used. If there is further evidence in regards to a Ban Evader, it can be placed under the current template. A brief note that screenshot could be helpful might be helpful to have implemented. Mods can check whether something has been edited though.

 

But this is a more organised and can mods see what it was changed from??

 

Seems like a way to keep it a lot more organized.
