Talked to Video about this via skype when he was temped for spamming and the ban was supposed to be upgraded to a perm ban but I assume he never got around to it due to him going away for a few days.

IP locations should be a solid match and evidence mentioned in my conversation with him speaks for itself, not going to include his skype profile since it's not listed publicly I assume he doesn't want everyone having it. Can confirm with any staff member via PM by showing skype profile or I assume he can confirm himself that this conversation took place.
