CB'd transaction

Hello,

I sold a Ghostkerbomb (neopets weapon) for 11$ yesterday to ttothejay, and received a CB from them today. Such stupidity over 11$. Anyways, their paypal email was [email protected] owned by Todd Johns. This was not a stolen paypal as their neo-main also is named Todd. Just a plain out CB. I've done many trades on here, and can provide screenies for transaction on here, and paypal dispute information.
