Cataclysm Disk (Patches)

Hi. So i've gone out and bought Cataclysm, and installed the disks (as most of you would know if you've bought it, you still have to download a patch).

I need to know if i can stop these patches.

I've only got 2gb of downloads where i am (Then it starts charging), and the patch is well over 4gb.

Can i stop the patches so i can play? I know the content won't be the same, but i just want to play, i don't care how it looks.

 

You can still play, but it will download while you are playing.

 

No you must install the patches at some point so you'll have to be cahrged.

 

I would download the patches at a friends house or have someone you know put them on a usb device. Their really isn't a way around it.
