Who knows, they could just be refunding to come back and scam a bigger trade. Once a scammer always a scammer. I think a TWC should be placed.
I'm not gonna question your judgement on the situation just honestly it doesn't sound right. Lets say I open an account upgrade shop sell 10 of them, and than continue on to other markets and scam another trade because the people who bought the other 10 upgrades for me are still waiting? That just gives scammers a huge advantage to take more than they already have. No one should be allowed to sell anything without being able to apply it or give you the product instantly. In this situation it just sounds like he tried to scam, realized he wasn't going to get away with it. Blamed it on real life family issues and refunded. If he had full intentions of giving the upgrade to begin with, he'd have done so.
