    Can't Make Account
    A long time ago my account "Biscuit" was hacked, and then banned due to the hacker scamming or something.. Since then I have made multiple accounts and i quit runescape for a while so i gave my accounts to my friends, they some how managed to get the banned and now, it won't let me make an account because those accounts were made on my ip.. I am not a scammer, and I do not intend on scamming.. I would just like to be back in the community so I can sell some of my accounts and talk to other Sythe members.. Please and thank you for helping me with this problem
