Can't log in.

I don't know if my IP changed - I haven't logged in in a while - but I should still have the same ISP. You can check the IP geo range and it'll be the same since I'm still living in the same place.

I can't log in - not sure why. I'm pretty sure I remember my password as I use similar passwords on most sites but it's not letting me log in and if I try too many times then I'll get logged out.

If my email is different, can you please tell me which one it is? I have a handful of emails I use..literally, but the one listed is the main one I use.

Lastly, I'm pretty sure I activated 2FA last time I logged in. Since then, I broke my phone and got a new one and didn't bring the 2FA over - it messed up me logging into RS also. I wasn't sure about how to use it and everything. If there's any way that could be reset also then that would be amazing.

I can't log in and am not receiving my email password resets. It could be possible that I have another email currently linked to my account but i'm not sure which one is linked. I have access to all of the emails I've ever made aside from <hidden> know the password to that email but haven't logged in to it in a while so hotmail wants me to recover it which I already failed one attempt...so there's that.

I also enabled 2FA but on an old phone that has since been sold and I am now thinking that I need that so i'm stupid for not getting the new authentication on my phone... I also have a new number so I think that affects it also.

Feel free to skype me. I also have a discord but rarely use it so I can get my name on that if you prefer. I also use other sites which I can verify since I have access to most of them to verify who I am.

 

Your e-mail is correct. I assume you tried to reset your password via your mail. Did you check our spam folder?

Ok so i'm stupid. I see the email in spam but when I checked earlier I was looking for "Sythe". You guys don't have it named Sythe but some rs and good buy/sell name so I ignored it. I'm stupid, lol.

Ok so I can reset my password but I still have 2FA enabled. Any way to remove that?
