Do you think that this is a RuneScape Private Server? If you do, it isn't It's just a RuneScape discussion forum/blackmarket. If you want to find some private servers though, just head to this link: http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=327

 

By webclient, i'm confused to what you mean. Sythe.org is a forum, but we do have certain things to do with webclients, such as links to private servers, there is the webclient of http://runescape.com itself (not accessible through sythe), and the webclient of the IRC http://sythe-irc.org
