Cant Delete Posts

The delete button doesnt work, i made a double post and when i click the edit/delete button the box shows up and then i select delete and select delete this thread and again press the delete button but nothing happens, i think its a coding error.

 

I might be code error, but also a lack of permission.

Just report your own post so a mod can delete it while.

Did you put reason for deletion?

 

yeah did put reason "double post" thanks for advice but i think it oughta be look @ by site admin, tried again doesnt work

 

It's not a permission error :\
because I just deleted one of my posts.

Did you check off the box "Delete Message" then save?

 

I think you have to click save for it to work.

 

The reason should be that you're not checking the bubble that tells you really want to delete your post before you press delete. First press Edit, then Delete, then check the bubble , and finally press Delete Message . If it still doesn't work, make a thread in Feedback and an admin can view why your account has messed up permissions.

Also, please don't report your own double posts unless you seriously can't delete them. It adds a lot of unnecessary extra work in processing spam reports.
