Cannot change email?

My rs account recently got stolen, and they set the email to theirs. I got the account back and went to cahgne ti to mine, where you have to enter te code andwait 14 days, however im not getting a code sent to me, and i dont know how to make it send a code to a different email just in case this one is dodge.

Anyone know whats going wrong, or how i can do it?

Did you check your junk folder.

 

Yeah, repeatedly, refreshed i've even waited like 48 hours (mainly because it locked me out fo requesting heaps more codes)

 

Idk, you used to be able to easily click unsubscribe and that was it... =/?

 

yeah but the problem is, now it sends a code to the registered email...whci h i dont have because there person that had my account registered it =/

The first thing you should do is the mandatory cleaning of your system.

Secondly, change all of your passwords.

After these two things are done do this: email sales at [email protected], and explain the ENTIRE situation. Mention everything that you've done in the past 24 hours, and, if the account is really yours, and the email has never been associated with the account, they will remove the email. It is then your job to assign your email.

 

Thanks, but nevermind i found a button saying "i entered wrong email" all good - takes 7 days and email will switch to mine. Thanks for your input

 

Yea just enter for a new email and wait out 14 days. just don't fill out THEIR email. Cheers.
