Can anyone explain this?

So i ordered some gold yesterday, i was told it would take 20 hours yet his thread stated his "method" can xfer up to 100m a day, i decided to check the adventure log a little bit through and saw rune mysteries had been completed and my mining was 10 levels higher, so i assumed he had just botted, which pissed me off but he got it done and cheap so eh what the hell, then i decided to see exactly how much he mined and i see this:



Does anyone know how the HELL, he farmed 3mil doing that?

 

He buys the item for lowest, then sells the item to another account for market price I believe.
