calling paypal

woot got through with only 2 hang ups!

 

The only people I ever spoke to had an IQ of 60.
My limitation did NOT get lifted as my date of birth was partially blocked by the flash, "25 - 08 - x993"
...

 

They basically told me not to call because they can do it themselves, I asked if the guy had changed his paypal in the last month(dispute) and they told me they can't check it.

I also asked what country the guy is from and they told me I'm not entitled to that information, I would of thought the seller would of been entitled but hey, W/E.

 

5 transaction over 7 days I think that's too long for an unauthorized dispute.

They need phone verification so the only way registered paypal members can use their account each day is by receive a code by text message and entering it. If you have internet theres a 90% chance you have a cellphone.
