C4D to PS

This is my 2nd attempt to make something in Cinema 4D. Started it in C4D, brought it to PS. And yes, I have a transparent version.

That looks really really good. I have two suggestions though.

-Fix the fade on the reflection. Make it look as if the letters we being reflected onto glass. (less fade)
-Keep up the good work!

I probably won't fix the fade as I think it fits as it is, but I might go back in and add some texture to the letters as well the fade. Was going to do it the first time but decided it looked decent without.

It looks pretty good, but maybe slightly over done with the explosion FX. Less is more, its hard to do it correctly.

 

thats actually really good, and im agreeing with jack, for explosion FX less is more. Its better then most peoples second go though so good job

My personal problem with it is the y. Although the reflection makes it look like there's a surface there, the Y just seems to cut through it. I suggest either making it legitimately look like it cut through it (make cracks, etc), or fixing it in some other way.

 

Looks really nice all around. The only thing that really bothered me is the reflection. It kind of looks like its solid then just cuts off.

I know its not a big deal at all, just think it would look better if it faded out.

I think that's just because I have OCD or something lol >_>
