Hello so I'm basically buying a Twitter script that does one o following; or both

a.) Follows random people, waits a week and un follows the ones that don't follow back.

b.) One that unfollows people that unfollow me.

Where would you find one? I'll pay 15m if you can direct me, but like 100-300m if it's well done, like follows atleast 999 people a day, and unfollows evey single person that unfollows me. And if I can get it to do on my desktop instead of a URL, even better
