Buying Paypal Guide

I'm trying to buy a paypal guide currently. I AM UNDER 18 (yes i know your supposed to be older..), and I need a guide to teach me how to make an account. ALSO, this means I can't have a bank funded account and buyers/ sellers on sythe don't accept credit card funded. I only have a debit card to fund my paypal account.

Whoever makes the guide will get $5 via paypal ( if i cant make one, obviously it didnt work and you cant get paid). Guide must be detailed with pictures.

Note: if this is not possible, answer with a simple "its not possible", but you still won't get paid since I won't have an account.

I checked some of my pm's and they said to make a UK/ Aus paypal account and that I would have a unverified sending limit? What does that mean?

 

Just create a paypal, and then u come to step where u have to add credit card just skip that part, verify your email and you are ready to go.

 

But how do i fund it? :O

 

you would have to make money doing services and etc.

 

If you do this in America it works to receive money, but you can't send it so what's the point? If you get Aussie paypal you can send/receive the money.

 

So basically, the only way I can put money on my account is by offering a service? and how do i make an aussie account?
