Buying Mod Recommendations.

Dear RS2 Player Mods,
I am trying my best to become a Mod, and with some of your help I might be able to become one.
Some info about my account ;
Well, I have decide to try and sell my main (level 95). He has 0 blackmarks, and has reported a couple people.
Now I am working on a pure, which is the account I would want to be a Mod on. Its a fairly new account, with 0 blackmarks and 0 reports
Over the next few days I will try and find people to report, but cant report someone for no reason.

True, but I'm not just gonna assume that the person is a Mod.
