My budget is around 54$, but I also have a 50$ itunes card I can sell or give to you to sweeten the deal. The payment will be through paypal. If the price of the account is 80$+ I will pay for the OMM as long as you take the itunes card as part of the deal. If not, then you will be paying for one.

60+ Summoning
55+ Runecrafting

It must also have the following:

Defence level (lower is better)
Combat level (lower is better)
