Buying flashed 360/s

Looking to purchase a flashed 360 really don't care if it has hard-drive or not just need power cable/supply and video cables are unnecessary as well unless it's a VGA cable(plan on hooking this up as a spare box to my monitors).

Need the system to be able to play via live as well and must be UNBANNED I DO-NOT want your banned consoles. I intend on this being a spare box which I will play frequently on live, thanks.

I'm not particularly sure if flashed(burned) games/systems are allowed if they aren't sent with the originals if they aren't allowed then just ignore this and just sell me the system.

Have vouches in the signature willing to pay via verified paypal will claim/cancel as well if you prefer. Can also do postal money order/money order's if that's what you want, I will not deal with WU under any circumstances, too many shady people use WU.
