What Happened?: I went first because it looked like he was pretty trusted.
I want my gold or my money back.

I can also let a mod teamview me while I'm logged in to my alertpay account, I told him to contact alertpay maybe there is a problem with their system because I didn't receive nothing.

What you mean by updates? He keeps denying that he got the money.

I just verified via teamviewer that no payment was received, I even did a full search for the reference number you provided, and nothing.

You're going to need to call Alertpay.
