Bus dispute

You can see from the pictures below that both Richard and Video have stated that they will uphold a contract if both parties agree to it even if it doesn't abide by Sythe's rules.

For everyone that came into my livechat I made sure they read and were aware of the T.O.S. I clearly stated all the stipulations in my conversation with him, and made sure there was no misunderstanding. I made sure anyone I dealt with read the TOS and provided them on instructions on where to find them, which is more than any other site would do. They would leave their hyperlink to the TOS at the bottom of there page, hidden from view and obscured by many other links.

My site runs differently than most sites, I can offer low rates due to the nature of the site, it's sort of gambling but not really. You get cheaper rates for more risk.

The terms you have constitute scamming, not to mention they are purposely hidden. This decision was made by an admin and it will stay.
