So basically, on brand new level 3 accounts, I'll be requiring accounts to be trained.

I'm not looking to pay a huge price, simply because it can be done quickly, and I'm looking for a few to be done, by hand or semi-botted (botted and looked over every few hours).

Supplies/bonds must be provided by you, and I will expect a deadline for each one to be done, if you can't complete it by then, you won't be paid at all unless I say otherwise.

You will be paid either in BTC/07 GP, your choice.
