    Build - Fan?

    Is the intel fan always suppose to be on? I've just installed Windows 7, and now I'm installing drivers for my motherboard and graphics card. I haven't seen the fan spin once in this time.

    Build = http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ucoZ

    Minus the ram, ended up getting different.

    Ummm... the intel fan is your CPU fan. If that's not on you better shut down your computer now and figure out what's going on. No CPU fan = overheated CPU = failed CPU = -$120 from your pocket.
