Additionally, told me he did not have a Sythe (which is a requirement for me to MM), but when I asked him to make one, he said he would use my refferal and make one.

He logs in using an account created yesterday, after explicitly stating he never had one + they are all linked to approximately 17 other banned accounts. Suspicious to say the least.
