Broken Shift Key?

Hey, as of yesterday the left shift key on my keyboard has been faulty. The only problem as of now is that I've switched keyboards, and it's still not working right. It'll work occasionally, but most of the time it won't.

Here's an example of how often it works. This is real

oooooooOOooooooooooooooOOooooo

I let go of and re-held the shift key before each 'o'. It doesn't feel sticky, and I'm pretty sure I didn't spill anything on they keyboard. It shouldn't matter if I did, though, as I switched keyboards.

Hmmm, so its not your shift key is broken its that your Pc isnt recognizing your key is pressed right?

 

I would guess so.

 

Hmmm,thats pretty weird. See if theres dust or particles in your usb or wherever you plug your keyboard in and clean that out. Idk what could be wrong though. There might be a way to configure a keyboard ill look into it.

 

You probably have sticky keys or filter keys on. Go to your control panel and search 'Sticky' and it should take you to the place to edit sticky and filter keys.

That's what it sounds like to me.
