"Charter" a boat from catherby docks to Brimhaven. Go south for a minute or two and you should see an explanation mark (!) on the map. If you can't find it try and use the world map. You need 875gp (I think 875?) to get into the dungeon. Good luck finding it.
Simple. Go to Ardy > Talk to south Boatman > Head south up to NPC near gold/pineapples > Pay about 1k Gold. There ya go. your in the brimhaven dungeon
