Does anyone still box?

What are the ideal stats now? High ATK/Mid Str/High DEF?

How much have you all won/lost?

 

60/99/1, DDS stake. You'll want to raise your magic and range until you're on the borderline of gaining a combat level, then your HP will be maxed for your level. No one will have an advantage at your level and below.

 

So no one boxes anymore?

 

I doubt there is as large of a boxing scene as there was before EOC. That being said, I'm sure you can find people to box. Also, once more and more people hit max combat, more and more people will be boxing.

 

But is there any sub-max melle fighters? Or are they all just maxing combat?

How would I fair if I went up against a 60/90/1 with a 60/45/60?

no weapons.

Don't think you'll see as much boxing until people start maxing out etc, I love boxing staking though

Attack > Strength

Haven't seen any pure stakers. Most just have random stats.

As for boxing, no one really does that.

 

Even at maxed combat, dds and whip will and SHOULD take precedence.

Why?

Because boxing takes too long but more importantly, x logging is a factor.

The only reason why boxing dominated pre eoc was with the introduction of overpowered weapons and SOL (we might get to that point, I'm hoping not).

 

So no one is a boxer anymore?

How would an 80/80/1 fair?

 

usually i see boxing with random stats, no one even wants to box now. i don't mind boxing, however everyone is into that dds/range/sometimes mage

 

So like an 80 attack, 80 str, 80 ranged character would do well in the ring?

 

80atk/80str/1def/80hp/80range/1prayer/1mage

How will that fair against these DDS/Whip Battlers?

 

You will almost always win as long as you have the defense and attack and he has the strength, but no one boxes anymore.

 

So even if I go up against someone just DDSing, I can still win?
