I will teach you how you can get you're kill out, without getting the penalty, even tho it isn't you're real kill...

ex. You kill a guy, not youre kill, and you get he's items, and then again right after you picked it up, you can walk out of there.

I'm not sure about this being safe, but if you have like 3mins on the timer and click off rs, quickly log in on a no-bounty world you'll be out anyway. But while you're busy logging to the other world your account may stay visible and attackable in the bounty you'll gonna have to test that. I did it a few times without dying but maybe I was lucky that nobody attacked me.
