howlong will bottingvps be down? been waiting 4+DAYS.. are they scammers?

i haven't heard any 'scam' reports against them before.
isn't there a user @ powerbot called bottingvps? try getting in contact with them, not too sure though sorry haha.

 

i opened ticket but not receiving any response whatsoever, they said they would be down 5Hours but not 5Days..

 

if you paid with paypal, threaten to chargeback if they don't respond and give you an estimated down time...
may sound a little extreme... but if they mentioned that it would only be down for 5 hours and infact was down for almost a week without compensation... i'm not sure how they 'operate' so do you pay for a month and is it like runescape membership rather than credit?... if so you've missed quite a few days.. aha.

but yeah if they don't respond soon or give you compensation charge them back.

reading back it doesn't make sense to me hahah. hopefully you'll be able to make more sense from it, i'm tired. >_<
