    How can I reduce CPU usage so it lags less, is there a program or anything?

    Under Processes in Task Manager, you can right click the program you want to run faster and Set Priority->High. Helps a little bit. Also, a great free program to clear out unwanted junk on your comp and make it run faster is CCleaner (fixes registry issues too).
