Botting Question

It's probably stupid to ask but, I havent botted since the nuke, and am pretty satisfied with a bot I am running off Powerbot (RSbot) and all I am wanting to know is how safe is Powerbot and what is a safe amount of time to run the bot.

Its all very dependent. I have run the same bot for 24/7 for weeks without any bans. Other times I have been banned after 3 hours of running a bot (on a different account)

It was in the past, and it was a fighting script. (Nexus/Rsbuddy era)

 

Depends what you're botting and where.

Atm I'd say it would be pretty safe but when optimus comes out, they may release a whole new detection system and what not :/

 

All i can say that is, it really depends on luck and how long you have been botting. Good luck man.

 

I have run powerbot scripts for the past week on herblore. I take occasional breaks to actually play on the account. But I have gone from 92-98 herblore in a few days and made 14k pots last night...

 

Powerbot is safe. It's not like Epicbot with all these malicious things going around.
What do you plan on botting?
Because every bot has his own ban-rate.
I botted 99 firemaking 20 hours a day in my holidays, no ban.
But when I wanted to achieve 99 magic, I got banned on the 2nd hour botting Gatestones in a Dungeon, which resulted in a 2 week ban and a roll-back.

Its as safe as it can be but there are always some risks for botting.

 

It all depends on how good the antiban is on the script, how often players report you etc.
