Bot question.

Hey, if I bot Soul Wars for like 10 hours a day, and play legitimately like 3-4 or maybe 5 at max hours a day, will that make me likely to be flagged for overplaying?

Just a quick question. I don't know much about how Jagex detects bots so...

 

They look at play times, so yes, you are more likely to get banned.

 

Also, the bot will probably play a lot differently than you do, which is also a hint to jagex that you're botting.

 

That 10 hours that you would be botting, are you going to be using breaks? And are you going to take time out in between the legit playing and botting? If you take breaks in between legit/botting you should be okay.

Btw i botted 2.5k zeals non stop for 2 weeks using AutoSoulwars pro. i have yet to be banned.

 

No reason to play legit imo. I've gotten people 99s all the time via Soul Wars by botting 14-16 hours per day with breaks. With so many people at SW, it's hard to get flagged, also because you don't get randoms at SW.

Alright, this comforts me. And I play legit because I bot overnight and then sometimes during the day I play to do other stuff like make money.

 

Well, if you're going to bot SW and play legit, make sure to reduce your botting time. And I wouldn't bot all night, every night. Bot every other day or so. Good luck botting.

 

I actually just bot SW overnight and play legit throughout the day doing stuff like barraging rock lobsters/dagganoth kings or do summoning stuff. Does this make me more likely to get banned, or is their system of detecting macroers extremely simple and doesn't take into account odd factors like "This dude plays soul wars 10 hours straight, then logs for 3 hours, then does other stuff."

That would be 15 hours a day.. Playing legit after botting doesn't make you safer, in fact you can get caught easier.

If you botted for 8 hours, and then went straight to PKing right after, your going to get banned more than likely. They compare your mouse movements, etc. to how you act while pking.. in turn, they'll catch on.
