Im thinking of making my main member again, it's got around 4Mills worth, i want to make around 10-20M on it, any ideas of what i should do to make it? Im thinking slayer?

I made all my riches from the Hunter skill. 1-63 Hunter takes a couple of days, but not only is the XP fast, the money rakes in fast as well! You could make about 10m in a week or so (depends on how much you play).

I also do a bit of Trawler every now and then. It's great if you can fish turtles and manta
