Bitcoin through Circle safe?

Hello, I'm sort of new to Bitcoin. I know the problem with Paypal is that people can recover their money by claiming they didn't make payments. Does this not happen with Circle?

 

U buy bitcoin through circle(or sell it) via a visa/bank account, I'm sure circle does have some chargebacks through bank but that's just part of running a business( that's why they have $300/week limits).

To answer ur question though, circle & coinbase are both safe to use, their verified business's and handle millions of dollars every day.

There is no danger of a chargeback when u sell bitcoin to them.

The only way for a chargeback to occur is if ur trying to scam them and chargeback urself.

 

I think mainly I was wondering if scammers can recover their money and buying something from your through btc like paypal

 

No, when someone sends you a Circle payment, they can't recover it back.
