    yeah bitcoin is feared by a lot of banks here in the UK, some banks will completely shut you down if they somehow discover your transactions are bitcoin related

    The block halving is significant because it underscores the main advantage of bitcoin - scarcity. The coin price will rise just enough so that commercial mining is still profitable.
