Should I buy one? Is it worth it if i'd be using it for barrows basically..?

The price is at an all time low at the moment.
I'm looking at the graph and it appears to be dropping, well crashing.

Opinions?
Is BGS even that good?

 

Reason why it is crashing is because of the chaotic weapons imo.

It is still not a bad weapon, but I prefer whip and DFS over it, mainly because of the defense stats from DFS.

It would be a decent buy for barrows. However, I find other weapons just as good for a lower price.

 

Its still a high-hitting weapon, and a very beastly sword id buy it if you have the money.

 

I would suggest claws over bgs for barrows if you have the money just because bgs isn't the best gs for hitting high and the spec isn't that useful.

But SOL is 10x better if you are going to mage.

But if you don't have the money for claws dfs>bgs.

 

BGS imo, is good for bosses because of its spec. Not necessarily the best for barrows. BGS spec lowers def as well as does 25 percent more damage.

 

Bgs sucks -_-. Go dungeoneer and get the better weapons.

 

If you don't have chaotics, you can't go wrong with a BGS.

 

It's good unless you have the time to do dung.
