Best program for iconing?

i've been lookin for a program i could use to both make and compile all my icons. i mean, the folders and stuff are ready, i just need somewhere to actually do it.

i was using a dreamweaver/dreammaker type program, but it crashes waaaaayy too often. so i'm lookin for another program i could use.

it'd be a hella lot better if the program could just save all the files, as well, so i dnt have to save them to any particular folder..

 

I use dreamweaver as well Not sure why you say it crashes to much.
