First off, this should be put into Runescape 2 Cheating section.
But it depends on stats. Frost dragon bots? sorc garden? Death/astral/nature runes?

You need to be more specific.

 

If you are looking for gold farming, sorc garden.
If you are looking for regular money making, FDK.
