This is what I recommend for 40-69 defense but you can switch for these following items:
Helm: Rune Full Helm/Archer Helm/Dragon Med Helm/God Mitre
Cape: Any God Cloak/Trimmed Skillcape/Obsidian Cape
Amulet: Amulet of Fury/Glory
Arrow's/Bolt's: 3.5K Bolt Racks/2K Addy Bolts
Weapon/Bow: Karil's X-Bow/Rune Crossbow/2 Full Crystal Bows
Body/Top: Black D'Hide Body
Kite/Book: N/A/Zamorak Book/Obby Shield
Legs/Bottom: Rune Platelegs
Gloves: Best RFD Gloves (Rune+)/Zamorak D'Hide Vambs
Boots: Ranger Boots/Snakeskin Boots/Rune Boots
Ring:Archer's Ring/Ring of Recoil


70+ Defence Capes:

You do not have to buy any of these items, I will get on and buy them for you right before I do jad.

This guy is completly legit! Huge frickin amazing vouch for Benevolentgg!!!! Today, Dec. 18th, he went all the way through the fightcaves for me and killed jad!

He was very friendly, and talked to me the whole time, and periodically gave me updates about his progress through the waves.

I had provided only 8 Super restore potions, (on accident) and he STILL MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO JAD AND BEAT HIM!
