I don't know if cool is the right word. It's might be more due to a certain power he has.

That's not to say he isn't all right, just pointing out that your average Sythe user would suck staff dick to gain a little bit of reputation/respect. Fortunately it doesn't work very often, the staff just enjoy the pleasure without returning the favor.
