BATHING APE (Wtf)

i keep seeing ppl wearing clothes that say "Bape" or "bathing ape"
would someone plz tell me wtf it is everyone at my school talks about it..

I don't know the correct post-modern English spelling of the horrible song but its a fan-boy thing to say the least.

 

Its a clothing brand only made in japan called Bathing Ape. People mostly buy their shoes which they call bapes which look like Air Force Ones except with a star and not the swoosh.

There kinda played out in japan but became popular here because a lot of the hip hop artist wear them.

If you see someone with Bathing Ape clothing its probably fake because the manufacturers don't do wholesale and I think theres only a couple of shops that carry the brand in LA and Florida I think.
Their shoes go for $200+ for just plain ones or you could buy fake ones for like $80 bucks.

You have to go to New York, or LA to get a real authentic pair of bapes. Its just a style that people wear. Kinda like Hollister and American Eagle
